Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products Canada-wide!
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
What are your pick up and delivery options for local orders?
For orders local to Nanaimo, BC we offer FREE next day pick up and local delivery up to 7km from our location for $5.99. Deliveries are made weekly on Saturdays. Cut off for weekly delivery orders are Fridays 7PM PST.
Pick up orders are placed in a code-secured box with video surveillance. Customers are provided with a pick up code via email once their order is ready.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
At Little Lighthouse Co, we make every effort to accurately represent the colours of our products in our photos. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to different display settings and lighting conditions. Returns
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, email us with your date of purchase, order number, product name, and the reason for return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us via email at shoplittlelighthouseco@gmail.com with your date of purchase, order number, product name, and a photo showing the damage. Our team will assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
